Corpul t\u0103u are nevoie de carbohidra\u021bi din alimentele pe care le consumi pentru a forma glucoz\u0103 \u0219i glicogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este glicogenul un carbohidrat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Glicogenul provine din carbohidra\u021bi (un macronutrient), dar din punct de vedere tehnic nu este un carbohidrat.
